Count every passenger
Babies and children also need a passenger place and an appropriate seating arrangement. Do not exclude them from the passenger count when requesting your transfer.
Describe your luggage
Two suitcases and a pushchair do not take up the same room as two hand bags. Describe quantities and approximate sizes, including whether the pushchair folds. Capacity must be reviewed alongside child seats.
Confirm child seats
Request child seats before travelling. Give approximate ages and any details needed to review suitability. A request does not replace explicit confirmation from the team.
Plan the return too
Share your return flight and agree a pick-up that allows for your family’s needs and your airline’s instructions. Do not automatically reuse the timing of your outbound journey.
